Darleen wrote her news Monday morning and Delia came to get it later in the forenoon. Darleen enjoyed the rib sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw and cake delivered by Rhonda LePage from the Senior Center. In the evening Darleen watched the Minnesota Twins play the Chicago White Sox. The Twins won 3-1.

Senior Center Moments

The Wessington Springs Senior Citizen’s Center had a meeting on April 8, 2024. On April 7, bingo and a baked potato supper were enjoyed by many members of the community. The special events committee will be hosting bingo and a meal the first Sunday of every month with some exceptions.

Thank you Wessington Springs for helping maintain the blood supply in South Dakota LifeServe Blood Center held a blood drive on Tuesday, February 13, and had a good turnout. Twenty-one people registered to donate, 20 donors were able to donate and 28 units of life saving blood were donated.
