A Different World

It sure is a different world now than the one I grew up in. While I could be talking about our phones, electric cars, or how much of the world is obsessed with social media, I am not. I’m talking about habitat, after all this is Conservation Corner and I am the Habitat Man.

I wrote my news Monday morning. Delia Atkinson came to get it later in the forenoon. I enjoyed the roast beef dinner and cake from the Manor kitchen. Elaine Roetman stopped in with the church bulletin. I was grateful my grandson Brock Krueger walked with me to the foot doctor.

I wrote my news Monday morning. Delia came to get it later in the forenoon. I enjoyed the hamburger, tator tots, green beans and peach sauce from the Manor kitchen.Tuesday, I enjoyed the ham dinner and cake from the Manor kitchen. In the evening, I enjoyed watching “Dancing with the Stars” on TV.

I wrote my news Monday morning. Delia came to get it later in the forenoon. Neal Barber’s funeral was at 2 p.m. My sympathy to Verla and family. I called my twin sister Marleen in Rapid City. I had seen on Facebook that two of Terry Caffee’s boys had each shot a big elk!
